Study on training plans and priorities

Training Plans and Priorities of Companies and Organizations (MPP) is a survey conducted annually since 2021, the aim of which is to record how Lithuanian organizations plan employee training, what their training priorities are, and what challenges L&D teams face.

 

We are conducting the research together with partners: Personalo valdymo profesionalų asociacija (PVPA) ir Jegor Lobkov („Training Hunter“).

Register for the 2026 study

We invite you to participate in the 2026 Training Plans and Priorities Study. The study is being conducted for the fifth consecutive year. The study objectives:

  • to capture training budgeting practices and key indicators for 2026;

  • assess the strategic nature of the training function, the tasks set for it, the priority areas of the training function in 2026, and the level of digitalization.

 

Research participants: all companies or organizations that expressed a desire to participate in the study.

One answer per company/organization.

Why is it worth participating?

Study participants will:

  • receive a detailed study report with valuable insights into employee competence development and management. Using these insights, organisations will be able to benchmark their training function’s strategic priorities, key metrics, level of strategic maturity, and degree of digitalisation.

  • have the opportunity to attend the study results presentation event free of charge. During the event, they will be able to actively take part in the discussion, share best practices, and contribute to a common goal — the development and maturity of the employee training function in Lithuania.
